I have been seeing Dr. Wu for 3 years and his office fit me in when I had emergency circumstances that needed treatment. He was thorough in my examination and diagnosed my issue which I had no idea even existed and gave me the medicine to treat it. Dr. Wu cares and has helped me several times when I had emergency eye problems

Dr. Wu and his staff continue to treat me not only with the highest medical conmpetency. They also, each one of them -- Dr. Wu, Shirley, Kelly, Gemmy, Stephanie -- treat me graciously as well as respectfully. I'll add this: Dr. Wu is an extraordinary doctor because the way he cares for me gives me peace of heart as well the confidence that he is doing everything he can to preserve the health of my eyes.

This was my fourth yearly eye exam with Dr. Wu.
I received excellent care from start to finish. The intake and exit process personnel are smart, professional, friendly, courteous, and perform their responsibilities quickly. My wait time to see Dr. Wu was less than ten minutes.
The young lady who did my preliminary eye tests was highly professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. She performed her job with care while explaining each step. She put the eye drops in my eyes carefully and efficiently.
When Dr. Wu entered the examination room he greeted me with a smile and light conversation. He is the consummate professional. He is everything a person wants in their doctors. He gave me a completely thorough examination while explaining each step. When he finished my examination, his summation of his findings was also thorough and completely understandable. He answered my questions in the same manner.
Since he found no problems with my eyes, the whole process, start to finish lasted about twenty minutes. I will see him again next year.
I will not hesitate to recommend Dr. Wu to anyone needing needing an opthamologist.
