A great experience. The office staff was helpful and attentive (a busy day, and I had no appointment). They got me. Also the same with the tech and the nurse who helped me. And Dr. Wu was also wonderful. The office had what I needed in terms of eyedrops, and sold them to me on-site. Convenient. I walked out very pleased and relieved.

It was especially good. I brought the wrong insurance info and Shirley handled it with grace. I gave her the referring doctors info and she contacted them for the necessary info and asked me to bring it next time. Megan who tested me was kind and patient when I got tired and was resistant to the glaucoma test.
Dr. Wu is most accepting and understanding about my deafness as was the entire staff and will see that texting and email with me will work for all of us. An absolute pleasure.

Medical organizations get a bad rap for being impersonal and cold. Dr Wu and staff and the North Shore Surgical Center were warm snd personal. Appointments ended today. We are sad.
