I registered online the day before. After I arrived I was quickly taken to an examining room tested and given drops to dilate my eyes. After enough time Dr. Wu called me in and examined and asked how I had been doing. As a result he prescribed eye drops, which I could get at the front desk.
The whole experience was very reassuring, and felt well listened to and heard.
