I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Philip Wi during my eye exam yesterday. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, and the office was clean and well-organized. Dr. Philip Wu was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain each step of the exam and answer all of questions with patience and clarity. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that patient care is a top priority. I left feeling confident about my eye health and the prescription I received. I have been seeing Dr. Wu for 3 years and his office fit me in when I had emergency circumstances that needed treatment. He was thorough in my examination and diagnosed my issue which I had no idea even existed and gave me the medicine to treat it. Dr. Wu and his staff continue to treat me not only with the highest medical conmpetency. They also, each one of them -- Dr. Wu, Shirley, Kelly, Gemmy, Stephanie -- treat me graciously as well as respectfully. I'll add this: Dr. Wu is an extraordinary doctor because the way he cares for me gives me peace of heart as well the confidence that he is doing everything he can to preserve the health of my eyes.
