Mixed experience. Front desk is efficient and capable but cold. Doctor and assistants are just as efficient but enormously warm and helpful. I’m phobic about eye exams, and so far, the assistants here have always been able to help me be successful with the scary tests.

I like that Dr. Wu is taking a conservative approach. I’m on TravaProst for glaucoma. We opted to continue trying it for one more month, and see if my pressure goes down to acceptable levels.

Du Wu explained that my eye nerve vessels wear thin and that the glaucoma drops help to keep pressure down to prevent blindness. I’ve been I do now but taking and using the drops for two years now I understand even though my numbers never exceed it 21 the prevention is better than the possibility of going blind.
