The overall experience was nice, but the NP that treated me could have had better bed-side manners and explained things a little more clearly.
I understand the pressures the medical community is under, but after a weekend and being the first patient of the day, it was the communication that was lacking from her.
She’s the mid-level provider not the doctor.
