Technicians are friendly, skilled and efficient. Dr. Wu spends a minimum amount of time with the patient but that time is cordial and he explains possible concerns. Front desk are efficient but brusque.

The nurse who took us in was very nice, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Wu is a friendly gentleman who explains what he does and answers questions thoroughly. I would recommend him to whoever needs an eye doctor. The front desk ladies could sharpen their courtesy skills a bit, but otherwise 9 out of 10 stars
